I’ve played this game for years and recently a tournament has been reduced to 2 games instead of 3. The game jumps from the first round to the third round. Please fix this!

When playing the World Tour the game is now only allowing me to play the first and third levels, it keeps skipping over the second level. Please fix the game.

I think should get more wands win you win a game but I hate when the game freezes you can’t make a move then you get behind and lose

I love this game but I don’t believe that any one can win the totals that I continually see when playing. The first,second,and third place people can’t play that many games.

I like this game but frequently it just locks and stays that way for days and this time is into weeks!

Won’t let me move my cards

Whenever I open the app it asks me to connect with FB in order to be able to get my free gift at least 2 or 3 times before it allows me to proceed. In addition, it doesn’t allow me to move a card where I want it to go..I must hit the Hint button and then I can only place the card where the hint suggested. Very frustrating

The Wednesday tournament started and someone has won 888 games already? Impossible.

It’s easy to navigate, so I can spend more time playing then getting frustrated. I guess I can say it helps me to relax as well

I have a problem with my cards not being moved when I touch them on the board. I have to press Hint before I can move them.

I love playing Solitaire and have played this game for years.I’m not really happy with this new format and having to sign in to Facebook every time I play. Why can’t you just sign in once and stay signed in. I also do not like the fact that I can be playing and all of a sudden everything in the game just freezes and just stays that way until I remove the app and then reinstall it. I would like it too if you could send a message to whoever it is that you are playing, a nod of congratulations for example.

I love this solitaire game and how you play tournaments. you don’t always win the game but you can win the tournament. Awesome concept.

As soon as I open the app, it just crashes. I love this game, but the app has become unusable. Please fix.

I have played this game daily for years ( yes, sad) but for the last month or so it couldn’t come back from an ad…just blank. So I would close and reopen. Last couple of days it just crashes in middle of game or tournament. Sorry, will miss this competition…

You don't have control of the cards you want to move - clicking, the hint removes the cards for you and some cases not the cards you want to move - i like the concept but it not really worth playing

Love this game! It freezes after an ad completes though. I would gladly pay to get rid of ads if it would fix it (as long as it’s a 1 time fee).

It freezes a lot I delete and than reload

Every time I want to move a card I have to click on HINT. My opponent is much faster then me, there is no way to win. I would like to play, but unnecessary click on hint takes fun out of game

Please take a hint! If I wanted or needed a hint, I’d ask for it. However, you are forcing me to use it to open each column. I never used it before and I don’t want to use it now.

I use to play this game all the time but it’s not the same anymore since I downloaded on iPad….can’t move the cards and takes me directly to tournament not the front page. How sad ☹️☹️☹️

I loved this game! Then suddenly it quit working right. Sent message to support and no response. Wish I could give a better review but will be deleting it from my iPad.

It’s great game. Being playin for a long time now. 2 things that need attention, no sound and instead of dial selecting winner for a tie it could be one hand of solitaire to break the tie also I haven’t had a free wands since closing Facebook down.

The world version doesn’t work since 2 months anymore. It won’t open at all. I tried to contact somebody for help but no answer yet at all.

Fun, challenging and addictive. Hard to stop playing once you’ve started.

What in the world have you done to this game???!!!!!! You can no longer use the cards in the stacks across the board and only use the draw cards!!! Until you fix it I won’t be playing and I love the game it was and played everyday!!!! I am disabled and have been playing solitaire since a young child. I like the games that play against others. I’m sure mine isn’t the only one you will receive.

Why do you have to use “hint” to be able to move cards? It chooses for you. Card won’t move unless you use “ hint”.

I was playing but some cards didn’t move so I lost the game with my magic hmm Can I get some help with the magic I lost

Have been playing this game on my iPad for years. Recently downloaded to new iPad 9. App does not work very well. When app opens it does not take me to opening window which allows me to choose to play tournament or world tour. It automatically takes me to tournament. Once I am in the game, it will not allow me to move cards, either by clicking or by dragging, from one stack to another unless I hit the HINT button. If there is more than 1 stack that can be moved, it only lets me move the stack IT wants to move first, not the one I want to move. Sometimes it will not let me move a King from one stack to an open space. Sometimes when I click the END button it does not work. When the MENU button is pushed, it displays…settings, store, help and home but none of these buttons work when pushed. The cards from the facedown stack turn up when the stack is clicked and if clicked will play on a stack or on the pile above…they will play automatically at the top if the Magnet button is activated. The app worked perfect on my iPad 5 but not worth a dime on my new ipad 9. Hope you know what to do to fix this.

Second time wiped out my points. Lost. 46,000 second time. Why? You take points away. Wrong on all levels!

I prefer the game same as tournament, but not tournament. Can’t seem to get it. Played on my old ipad where i had the choice of either tournament or not. Also on tournament i cannot move cards from dealt hand.

It says you can play one on one games with Facebook friends however I do not see this option anywhere? It only allows me to play in a tournament?? Why is this?

I love playing the game; especially the World Tour. But, it crashes all the time. I restart my iPad every day or two. I also think it would be cool if our state flag would be displayed, instead of the US flag, when US games are being played.

It’s 1 of the best if not the best, but it could need some improvements: when u start the game it should send u the main menu instead of a tournament, at least give an option to watch ads to get magic, and every time u finish a world tour level it freezes forcing me to restart

I would love to be able to get a wand without having to go on Facebook

There seems to be an issue with this app.. it keeps closing down

The game is good, but I am not getting magic even though I am connected to Facebook. This seems to be a recurring problem that has not been resolved even though I emailed tech support several times. This is my last resort, then I am deleting the game permanently.

I play with the ads because I am not paying for an app that removes ads for 1 month only. It’s ridiculous!

Great solitare game. Plays well good graphics.
